1. Shipping Fees
All shipments are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per order.
2. Digital Products
Digital products purchased are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are advised to carefully verify the content of digital products before completing the purchase.
3. Vinyl, CDs, and Physical Media
Returns are not permitted for vinyl records, CDs, or other physical media in the following cases:
- if the package has been opened
- if the seals have been removed
4. Return Procedure
For products eligible for return:
- The customer must contact Customer Service to obtain authorization for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the product is received and inspected, Respirano LLC will issue a refund according to the customer’s chosen method.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds may be issued via:

- Store Credit for future purchases
Respirano LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
6. Product Compliance
Respirano LLC guarantees that all products sold are as described on the website and free from material defects at the time of shipment. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the product, accompanied by photographic evidence.
7. Responsibility During Shipping
Respirano LLC is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by third-party carriers after the product has been shipped. Customers are advised to keep the shipping receipt and, in case of damage, immediately notify both the carrier and Customer Service.

These terms do not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return conditions outlined above.
