We are proud to present NO NEED TO FEAR<\/strong>, the first compilation by RESPIRANO RECORDS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Including artists from the US, Europe and Asia, NO NEED TO FEAR took 2 years in the making, tinkering, collecting the most suited material from the best artists we know \u2013 some native at Respirano Records or our sister labels, some brand new, some presented by kind permission of other labels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It contains eleven absolute gems plus one song by yours truly, for a total of 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, just twelve songs, like an album, like a mixtape. We believed in NO NEED TO FEAR being an album in the old-fashioned sense of the word, with a journey, a beginning and an end. We were never interested in neverending playlists or mammoth-style compilations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NO NEED TO FEAR IS A SOUNDTRACK TO OUR CURRENT LIVES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The album release party, on June 5th, 2023, has been a massive invite-only RESPIRANO NIGHT<\/strong> at our studio in Inwood. Manhattan, where all the artists from NYC performed and everyone else sent at least a video message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALL THE ARTISTS INVOLVED ARE PEOPLE WE KNOW PERSONALLY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Respirano we only care about being able to create personal connections, in the real world, and possibly have musicians that perform live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nothing against the online scene, and in the past I was mostly a recording artist too, when live music was ubiquitous and getting too much party-oriented I liked to play snobbish and advocated for the freedom of the secluded artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But today the world has changed a lot, and we are literally submerged by bedroom content. Not to mention incumbing AI. Therefore human interaction is more than necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(We have also nothing against AI. The album cover, in fact, was realized by OperAI Records<\/a> , the first AI-only record label in the world (a creation of Remo De Vico<\/strong>, one of our geniuses present in the compilation with his piece \u201cBiscotti\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NO NEED TO FEAR was put together at our Respirano Studio in Inwood, mastered by the wise hands of Maximilien Hein<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
