STONEBREAKERS, the new Awen Films documentary, directed by Valerio Ciriaci, deals with an open wound in American history, chronicling the conflicts around monuments from the American wars that arose during the George Floyd protests and the 2020 presidential election.
The film – the third by the author with sound signed by us – was premiered at Festival dei Popoli where it won three awards – The Imperdibili Award, the My Movies Special Award and the Special Mention for Best Italian Documentary. It is now candidated for the prestigious NASTRI D’ARGENTO.
